Refund policy

• Paid but no EC? Contact whoever gave you the game with your Leader name and ID and the time you paid. We add the EC or refund you in full.
• Bought by mistake? Ask within 14 days. If the EC from that purchase has not been spent, we remove it and refund you in full.
• EC that has already been spent cannot be refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
• If the server closes for good, unspent EC bought in the last 30 days is refunded.
