A fan-run revival of Kaizin Rumble, the villain-empire card battler. Build a deck of Kaizin monsters, spin the slot machine through Tokyo and the world, and fight raid bosses with other Leaders.
The game runs on Android phones and on PC with an Android emulator such as LDPlayer 9. Some newer phones that only run 64-bit apps (for example Pixel 7 and later) cannot run it.

Everything in the game can be earned by playing. Evil Crystals (EC) can also be bought in the in-game Empire Bank to support the server: 300 EC for 2.99 USD up to 7,500 EC for 59.99 USD, paid on Stripe's secure page.
